so far ive found

regents:

1. amphibious bloom - attack knockback
2. aeropaste - attack knockback tier 2 ( ShadowJGaming )
3. metal scrap - blocking power
4. golden apple - blocking power tier 2 ( ShadowJGaming )
5. bone - attack destruction
6. seaweed - air capacity
7. auric seaweed - air capacity 2 ( probably, sock )
8. arcane salt - energy regeneration ( imalettuce )
9. coppershroom - energy regeneration 2 ( imalettuce )

jewel

1. tanzanite - attack speed
2. amethyst and onyx - defense
3. emerald - attack size
4. aquamarine - agility
5. ruby and zircon - power
6. topaz - intensity
7. sapphire - attack speed ( sock )

Aeropaste is tier 2 knockback reagent and golden apples are tier 2 blocking reagent

sapphire is also attack speed, and auric seaweed probably gives air capacity 2

Energy regeneration reagents:
T1: Arcane salt (from breaking rocks under water)
T2: Coppershroom (Found in bulk atop the jaws spires and the stepstones)
