i do have a lore reason for it and that is just easier for them to cast their magic attack without the need of making a circle from the beginning,
other than that, i just add it cuz it looks cool af
now i wanna see quickdraws happen in the Arcane universe where they just have their spells prepared in advance and it’s just whoever raises their arms first and chants
speaking of which (and maybe a tad off topic, i might make a post about it) is there a lore reason why we shout attacks or is it just there cause it’s cooler or whatever
