anyways you think julian is reckless with his relationships and always keeps people at arms length cause he already knows he’ll watch everyone he cares about leave him so theres not really a point in putting effort into them anymore cause itll all be in vain–
and to him it seems a little unfair that others get to use the excuse of “oh, its fine, II’ll only live once after all” cause why is he expected to commit and be okay with this just because he gets to possibly live forever? julian being julian, he lives in spite of this phrase, so much so that he ends up seeming like a flake to others
