Yes, unless Vetex explicitly states that it’s just out of curiosity (like the “what are you most excited for” poll).
only 2 spells in this update??? It was gonna be 5 minimum …
There was never an implication of that.
There was actually, in the Balancing discord, testers were talking about at least 5 of each, seems Vetex there’s not enough time for that tho
Were they explicitly implying the Dark Sea Update would have all 5 of those?
Testers aren’t vetex
2 rare spells still leaves us at 3 times the amount that we previously had

Maybe vetex wanted 5, but he thinks I can’t release the update before october if he does it
yea they are all vetards we want rare weapons
why would you want more rare weapons over 3rd wep skills 
youre basically getting the same thing (new weapon skills) without having to grind for new weapons so hows that not a W 
Because as of now, 3rd Weapon Skills are only useable by Warriors, where Rare Weapons has the chance of being useable by Hybrids
So unless vetex lowers weapon requirement, 3rd Weapon Skills will only be useable by Warriors
fair enough
but the new rare spells and techniques might be usable for hybrids already 
Also forgot to mention not every weapon will get its 3rd weapon skills, prob just 2-3 like the rare scrolls
- This change is more likely to cause less variety for warrior builds
- It isn’t accessible to hybrids at all
- This could have literally waited until nimbus sea
Warlocks will likely be able to get access to both sides of the rare skills while hybrids of weapons are only stuck with one
Besides, who doesn’t want a cool new weapon that might have unique effects
