Okay, I’ll explain how she got the Wind Curse from Cazal then!
In my canon, Tennessee ambushed him with Devourer bullets inside her Arcanium revolvers, plus she had Wind Magic before!
She almost fatally injured him by shooting many Devourer rounds into him, extracting the Curse! (He’s not really dead since he was barely survived, and he recovered some time later and got the Gale Curse!)
