how do you beat King Calvus i only beat him the first time due to a glitch
one of the ways i did it was focusing entirely on dodging until he does his big placed explosion, that leaves him vulnerable for a good while after, even more so in the second phase

Just focus on dodging and attack him when he’s charging an attack
for basically all of his attacks he has a long charge time. you need to find the right timing and dodge when and after he attacks.
for his explosion attack you need to hit him before he fully charges it. then you can just dodge away.
honestly I don’t want his drops they offer no defense I just want to beat him the intended way

If you pay close enough attention, you can see some attacks he uses after other ones,
he uses his slam attack after he fires a bunch of blasts, walk around when he shoots the blasts, then dodge and you can damage him for a bit. for his pulsar move, just stay away from him, and blast him a bit for some damage, and then dodge, In second phase the projectile gets smaller but the explosion bigger, so be sure to get good distance from it. For his 500! 500! 500! nuke attack, just notice where he goes and see when he charges a magic circle above his head. When he does, attack him as soon as possible and when the attack hits him, dodge right after, as he will cancel his attack early. For his beam, I remember him using it after his slam, but I could be wrong, if he does, dodge and you should be fine, but I usually get hit by the beam, so do not be worried if you get hit by that. for his grab and trident throw, I dont think you should be worried about them, he rarely uses his grab and the trident throw always misses(just stay a decent distance away from him so the grab does not land). And finally, for when he supercharges his attack, It will usually be a beam so dont get too greedy for damage. Also if you are unable to dodge a attack, press g so you will take less damage. He can lag your computer a lot so dont get too frustrated. And he can get stuck in the wall sometimes, so you might have to wait until he teleports again or respawns.
To sum it up, just beat him bro.
