My idea for McClain is that he grew up impoverished and originally belonged to a guild of farmer-turned knights before he was betrayed by his lord, and is left on the run. Seeks strength in his arms to take hold of what was once lost.
Linus was inspired by the distant-tales of greater pirates to leave his home, but would soon realize the seas were not kind. Upon seeing he’s long far from his hometown, he replaced his ambitions of adventure with another— to seek wealth in life.
one day… Linus did not leave Mcclain the FUCK alone because he wanted 50 more galleons in his pocket
