do you ever just go on a massive tangent?
i’m going to try and justify this in the safest way i can because i dont want the admins to decapitate me, but between aisha and kazane i deliberately wanted to make their designs as different as possible, down to their colors and even silhouettes. and by silhouette i mean body shape
it’s the kind of thing where you like take a character and turn them completely black to see if they’re still recognizable. even with these two characters completely blacked out you can still CLEARLY tell they’re entirely different people
… s-so there you go that is my entire justification
this isnt just for shallow reasons either (yes it is), their outfits also reflect this. kazane has that big half skirt thing that brings more attention to the lower half of the body whereas aisha has that giant fucking hat that does pretty much the same but for the upper half. so they’re differentiated a bit more aside from their heights and shapes

to be fair on TF2’s part, they solely focused on their silhouettes first
Silhouettes are important, but remember what Ethereal said about the TF2 ones.
And you’re gonna get there, my guy. Art is a skill of extreme practice.

it’s going well. although i’m noticing i have a habit of making the head itself too big.
this is aisha again, by the way. circumstances demanded that i make a third version of the same fucking character. i will, gladly, but it’s funny.
