What I used to make that image was sand ultimate art 20 blast in a concentrated area. For some reason doing that makes huge sandstorms and even bigger with attack size

I legit beat him in PvP because of how blinding that damn cloud was when you were inside it. It made like half of the arena unusable and he would usually get trapped in the lag storms. He didnโt know how to escape them for a while once he was in one but eventually he gets out. By that time though Iโve already dealt 400 damage while he was blinded by the storm.

i meant the ping complaints(im asian so 200 ping is fine)
he had really bad internet, the sand storm thingy does not affect ping so its just a coincidence that his ping went up while the lag storm

Not exactly concentrated, but a small circle which you can spread out slightly. Too pinpointed, it does not work, too wide and it does not work. It seems like an interactions of the blastโs explosion with a blast that is still in the air.
Placed 4-5 shockwave explosions with hammer shape ideally, creates sandstorms on the go but they have to be casted in a circle/triangle formation to create sandstorms properly.
Sand piles interfere with sandstorm creating at times.
And yeah, for sand/snowstorms they are dependent on size.
