That completely depends on what you consider the start of the conversation, since his statement was in the void and not a reply, it wasn’t a conversation, my correction was the first part of the actual discussion that happened.
Also it wasn’t a minor detail whatsoever, it’s a fairly big mistake that is misleading to players in search of information, saying something gets larger when it gets smaller is anything but a detail.
You’re correction was the part of the text that didn’t matter being dagger would be a bigger negative effect endgame, nobody cares about that and would most likely glance over that as by the time full release is out we’d be thousands of replies away from that response, and endgame is still extremely far away. There are still many people who would use the infusion, and I doubt many people would completely avoid the feature because “someone on the forums said it would be a bigger problem endgame”.
I completely disagree and it’s the whole reason I made that statement, that mistake was consequential as it is basically misinformation on the functioning of a game mechanic.
Oh also if anyone wants to know the actual ratio it simplifies to (13 * Level + 93)/(10.9 * Level + 65.1) or it’s inverse if you’re taking the other ratio.
I suppose its subjective, as I doubt that many will read nor care about someone’s opinion on a mechanic they do not know the full functions of, but I nor you can define that as we won’t know just how many will take that as literal. To each there own
