Leaving the game while in jail sometimes gives a combat log

What were you doing before bug occurred: getting bullied by the magic council

Steps to reproduce: I had to go whilst fighting the magic council, so I surrendered. A few seconds after spawning in jail, I left the game. When I rejoined an hour later, I got a notification that I had combat logged. If you want to reproduce the bug, then do that.
