This is impressive considering that it is solo. If you could use friends or another account to complete a legendary chart as fast as possible after a file is created then the time could be significantly reduced to the point where it happens in probably less than 3 minutes.
This doesn’t count because completing charts not owned by you does not give treasure the treasure spots found stat. Though I’m not sure who’s name would show up in chat… 
I believe it would be yours, since it does give you the exp and I’m pretty sure you get in the news for it.
