That was an accessory, if you got like top 3 in a PvP tourney you got your own unique accessory just for you added

AA had a ton of content that was fully developed, or in development, but never made it into the game. Torren is the most prominent example, though this is one that I’ve never seen before. It was likely either unbalanced or simply adapted into another weapon.

No, it’s the top 10 PvPers from the 2nd season Tournament. The person that got it was Souchai who was ranked 1st place. As the accessory is called Souchi’s Sword.
Only one person got each accessory, and yes i am very certain it was an accessory
