dev rather make non-canon magics than giving this girl her storm magic instead of keeping her 3 magics
wonder if storm magic gonna be one of the stuffs dragon gonna get and thus will also give leviathan her proper magic
or maybe the plan changed and she will get storm and wave later, considering she’s meant to be a recurring bosses throughout several seas so she just having storm and wave now would make it kinda harder to buff her later (aside from just increasing dmg and hp but thats boringggggg)
