i do know that but i haven’t gotten one in the past 16 days and yet have gotten 3 piercing amulets which I don’t need
I put on a regen amulet and it reduced my regen
pretty sure someone said they died from negative regen lol
I keep winning 1v1 against my friend cus he has negative regen xd
