let me tell you a story
im.not good at choosinf for things for myself
so through most of my life i usually do weird rituals and shits to determine things for me
among all of them, one ordained me my favorite element (out of wind, lightning, earth, water, fire, plant, light and shadow) shall be wind, and so it was, for a very, very long time, even though i was vaguely aware i like fire better, but i ignored “me” and listen to “THEM” anyway
fast forward a decade or so, i realized i have free will and tried to stop relying on THEM
keyword, tried.
because as much as i tried, what i truly like aludes me still
i tried fire, it doesnt hit
i tried poison, magma, shadow, ice, explosion, sand, wood and FUCKING METAL
none of them were truly “it” for me
i even tried to just switch build entire, i though “hey maybe magic just isnt for me”
weapon
strength
spirit
none of them were for me
i can hear THEIR voices
THEIR calls
THEIR laughters
and i realized that, in one way or another, i was still following THEIR “guidance”, just in a much less direct and noticable way
so i think “hey wait a minute, instead of using some other outside values that cant really apply to AO, i’ll just use the magic stats itself!”
and so i got to work
