Fluent motion, dazzling attacks. A water mage who moves as gracefully as a ballerina, her strengths come from her passions and beliefs. Despite rough luck, Lilly represents powering through hardships with delicate patience, wisdom, empathy, and the connection with others. She has a hopeful pacifistic approach to life, but will she be able to withstand the unforgiving forces against her core values and battle unwelcoming foes to restore balance across the seas?
How much is she truly ready to face on her own?
Will she make the right choices?
Who will she encounter?
Every time I head into a game with a character creation my mind overheats trying to think of the perfect leading protagonist for whatever the game presents me with, story-wise / sense-wise & personal wise. And so, Lilly Lotus became to be my persona in the world of Arcane Odyssey!
horny comment incoming!
I have seen many portraits players’ characters in game but this one really got on me primarily because it doesn’t radiate strong aura of idealism. The character has black hair and black eyes which are in real life so no weird colorful traits. That said, these traits don’t make the character ugly but rather, they emphasize the character beauty even more as they make her fair skin and pinky cheeks stand out. Moreover, the fact that she has a purple flower and uses water magic do give off the impression that she is a lively yet resilient woman who doesn’t let her purity/kind-heart be consumed by the darkness of life. Man, I just want to kiss her cheeks now. All in all, fantastic designs.
I love the description you gave her!!
You get the idea almost perfectly. I wrote on the art hub how
I love to find little ways to finesse a character & embed symbolism to flesh things out when designing a character. The flowers the colors the identity is very pronounced and clear to understand at first glance (At least for me) Its visual factor plays a lot in first impressions but they also don’t overshadow and play a twist on what’s usually seen with these types of protagonists. She will stand out due to her own unique charm & I personally love to think that cause of how simply I depict her she has many opportunities to surprise others with how she acts and interact with the story. A traditionally feminine character in an action-adventure set as the main plot point lets you experiment with how things could be handled in the story besides all the fighting (While still including it ofc). Or give you more space to experiment with friendships and complex dialog while still being as hype and action-driven in a more specialized way While still being believable as a part of this universe. This is all nothing new I just really love to talk about it
Awesome.
If you made a comic/art series depicting this woman’s journey, I would read it.
It’s one way to support a rising artist as well as restoring my honor.
