The uptie 4s are pretty substantial on these ones.
I haven’t seen how much more powerful the egos get at uptie 4
what buffs do the egos get at uptie 4
would it be like as massive as ToTB’s uptie 4 in terms of more damage or would it get a buff in its status effects greatly (like protection, healing, SP gain, etc)
Faust’s got a bunch more healing and defense. (Gaining more stacks of the shield is incredibly impactful since it increases the potency of the passive healing)
Hong Lu’s gets its first use half-off so you can get its passives going cheaper. (and more damage)
Gregor’s does a whole lot more damage.
Ishmael’s also does more damage.
new egos are pretty cool
especially with hong lu getting a crazy ass poise ego that fullstop will eat up
story is pretty amusing with how they fuck with mayors
All 4 of them are also insanely cheap to use, and two of them have lines on them that make them even cheaper to use.
3 ego resource waw level skill that gives gregor 5 agro, 2 protection, and stagger immunity for the rest of the fight so long as he survives 2-4 turns after using it depending on what happens afterwards.
(and if you use it again its a nuke skill that then starts charging up again 100% for free after use)
I’m really hoping they add more bosses like the knight.
Anti-Winrate mechanics and effects that you have to work around without being able to just brute force the healthbar to 0.

well duh to start it it gives very little
nah it probably is but just you can’t really have that in the game due to how the contract wrote out stuff i believe (our glorious director cited “multiple reasons” as why it’s being removed). To be fair it’s also a bit of a large leap narrative wise after Xichun became the proper Hierarch to just suddenly be portaled into another world (maybe if we had fought this abnormality that sent us there first that would be better)
