How to sleep.
I personally have a pillow I hug when I’m trying to sleep. Add some relaxing lofi music, I’m set. For some people, white noise like a fan or a heater, or a relaxing youtube video works.
Just relax, especially. It’s okay to let your guard down and rest. Sleep well, my friend.

put a box fan in front of your bed so it feels like you’re in a wind-covered ravine
