Anger sucks. Repressed emotions can bring out a bodily response of rage at people. Sometimes, a rage room helps. What helped me is learning buhurt and HEMA. For you, it may be different.
As for the stories, give me the fantasy. Satire is fun and all, but nothing beats some good old fantasy. Creativity flourishes under it.

- The question was more so if it’s normal for someone to be pissy most of the time, but now that I think about it, that might be a developmental issue I got hit with. Also a rage room sounds dope, as long as I can fit a punching bag into it.
