I forgot i used to wake up to the daycare theme and didnt have problems waking up then
Is the advice part of this thread still active?
(i feel like the worst thing i’ve done since last time is the siren remark)
Siren remark had a spoiler tag from the beginning. am i in the wrong?:
yes you were
everyone knows a spoiler is like schrodingers cat
yes sorry I’m on the mend I’m recovering hi
since this is also a blog of mine, update!!
alr I’m recovering, only a few nosebleeds a day. Also, whoever said lego speedrunning to 100% is a liar because Pod Race (Original) has to unironically be the most painful damn experience of all of my career. It’s already known to be hard enough, according to the speedrunners with NORMAL hands.
i was just playing this dude pod race original had me in shambles
just last night i was doing new town and wandered around for half an hour trying to find what i was missing, went to look it up, found out i was missing one flower from the church and that was it
it was like a solid five seconds between getting the last flower to the coins appearing to where i jumped and audibly gasped it scared the shit out of me
mid typing this i sneezed cereal all over myself
I want you to imagine it on an ultrawide. See, older lego games struggle with the newer monitors and and computers. So as a result, I get frame losses suddenly during cutscenes exclusively, so… yeah.
Pod race becomes a literal hellscape.
are you just on 1920x1080 pc? at least on the wii version it has a wide screen option, but maybe it’s just because they had to optimize for a console release
…3440x1440…? PC…
oh yeah in that case i got no clue good luck unless you can run it windowed lol
was waiting for you to come online. i’m here with a more serious question on the topic of queerness since i assume you know alot about it
I don’t really know what gender I want to be and i’ve been pondering on this for awhile. Is there a way to sample what it’s like being a woman and is it possible to do it without getting disowned and kicked out by my parents while also avoiding being shunned by everyone else
What started my realization I was genderfluid was how I’d load up a game where I played a girl (fallout 4, if I remember, black widow perk) and then I’d want to change my gender of my character in the middle.
What helps is usually testing. Ask a friend online to call you a girl, see if it feels… well, decent. Fitting. Catch me in games like fallout with two files, one a male, one a female, because I like being able to switch. It feels right.
Games are good test. BG3, she/her pronouns dragonborn, absolutely banger character (sock has witnessed me kill so many innocents.)
But, please, keep in mind that your gender, your identity shouldn’t be something you feel you have to hide. You are gorgeous the way you are, and the people who disagree do not truly care for you.
Plagues be upon them, my friend. Plagues.
thank you loki, you’re a kind person
Agree to disagree, Actravaz (Alcatraz HAHA)
(Adding on to Loki’s message)
You don’t necessarily need a gender identity in the first place. You’re you -a body of thoughts- first and foremost before being bound to a gender through identity.
There’s plenty of things that you can choose to be and just as many that you can choose to not be. Oh boy, I sure do hope that this didn’t come out as either super weird or offensive/inconsiderate.
I do the same lol but with like 6 alarms until 730 and even then I sleep through all of them
You all have probably seen me yap about this enough in the past 19 hours, but I feel it’s something worth bringing here. I’ll try shut up for the most part after this
How does one resolve a gender crisis? In my case, I used to be quite feminine, and I was also a late bloomer, and then I suddenly just went more masculine. Now that I’ve experienced both sides, I feel myself wishing for some of that femininity - not fully, but enough to strike a comfortable balance. Except I don’t feel I identify as a female, and so now I’ve lost all track of my gender identity.
If anyone can help it’d be appreciated
it’s okay to present more feminine while your gender isn’t that
what’s most important is that you feel comfortable in your own body.
you’ll have to experiment how far you want to go though, since you’re the only person who would really know that
Personally, I’ve stopped thinking about gender altogether. Entire thing is based on subjective social ideals. Like, one person’s “masculine” is another’s “reckless and idiotic”, and one person’s “feminine” is another’s “undignified and vain”. And even in milder cases, it’s all just a subjective outlook.
Just be you, and don’t fret about having to be one or the other. You are who you want to be, and that’s that.
