yes, but dark sea essentia prices arent very stable atm so in game you could prolly buy them for 2k each while in the market (vetcord or here) it would prolly cost you like 8k+

most of the time its used for making hour-long luck potions for fishing, and its expensive because it is only found very rarely in chests
