A guilded envoy is impossible to have; the only modifier that envoy and diplomat pieces can have is Atlantean.

The patch notes from this most recent hotfix, the one that involved bank issues and giving everyone 15 dark sea chests as consolation, has confirmed that it is intentional for the lost gear sets acquired from the last mythical dig site to be gilded.
I will give you the benefit of the doubt that you are joining the conversation in good faith, but you were also there when we discussed this as the updated was rolling out.
Go check the latest patch notes; now you know.

I would consider ganking warlords of the sea with elaborate groups with that kind of bounty. Imagine how many people would harass them at the chance to get a gilded lost envoy for that.
But back on topic, anyone out there willing to take me up on my offer or willing to make a counter offer for their gilded lost envoy? (I have to mention this because I already got one for some other random stuff lol).
ive personally been trying to get guilded diplomat, but i guess its still bugged cause i got one on completion that wasnt guilded 
It has to be obtained on the last step of mythical chart. Was that when you got it?

28 or 38 gels? Interchange gels aren’t craftable anymore. That is why they are so expensive.
unless you crafted them before the update disabling catalysts changing the shape of interchange potions, you would only have what you had from then. Kudos to you if you have 38 interchange gels laying around.

2 whale blubber per brewing of gels, with 3 gels at a high enough potionmaking rank. As of it is right now. So effectively 3/2 or 150% gain per whale blubber into gel-
If you had a hundred acro, and two hundred whale blubber, it would net you three hundred interchange potions- of generic type.
The reason gels and brews were not removed is because at the time, acromonies were quite rare (and as of what we know, not yet duplicated). It would be a kick in the gut of players who spent time and money to obtain the earlier iterations and craft them into brews/gels if those things were removed or replaced. The middle ground, if I recall correctly, was that the option to make them would be disabled so acromonies couldn’t be turned into ten (or more in the case of gel) doses of interchange. And like that, they became what are basically exotics at the time, alongside the event cosmetics and magius relics.
