nobody on the forums at least is currently trading them nor has a headless trade happened in a long time. 3-4 sss is my estimate but definitely isnt a definitive value
to answer your question: if youre recognised as a prominent trader youll get the title. Wom trades dont matter at all in this, just your inventory (how rich you are) and how active you are in the forum trading scene. Although the title isnt currently being handed out anymore since the trading scene is basically dead rn
