and here’s where the original post got it wrong
Farzen’s uncle → Kessler Boreas 
Farzen’s NEPHEW → Neviro’s Father 
Farzen’s BROTHER/COUSIN → Neviro’s Grandfather
Kessler is Farzen’s Uncle, Tech himself stated this and the note confirms it with “Uncle and his curse have fallen (Kessler and Darkness Curse)”
Where the confusion starts is that Tech says the “Oldest” would be Neviro’s Father, which would be impossible because that implies that Farzen’s Brother is Neviro’s Grandfather which is Kessler, but Kessler is already known to be Farzen’s Uncle.
In other words, the “Oldest” mentioned in the note are unknown members of the family, it can’t be Neviro because that would mean Farzen’s brother is Neviro’s father, which would mean Kessler is Farzen’s dad, rather than uncle. The “Oldest” is just one of Neviro’s cousins by this logic.
