I’m pretty sure mageskin made Allanon so powerful, it doesn’t seem like he particularly used his magic for combat, since Callahan was his personal bodyguard and he was always known as a bit of a diplomat. He also never used it against the assassins who killed Liara, which you’d think would be his first reaction the moment he heard her screaming.
yeah mageskin disease did contribute to his crazy strength during his bossfights, but cmon, you cannot tell me the guy that has access to a spirit mutation isn’t at least decently strong. Allanon is also the more calm type of guy ig, so he probably wouldn’t use his magic against assasins, specially in front of his weakened girlfriend because that could end up hurting her in the process. Mageskin disease made him go berserk too so he was constantly using his magic to harm
Depends on how much Skyhall cares in this scenario. If only just enough to barely get involved then they’re probably just sending fodder. If they actually really wanna help they’d probably have to send Allanon since he seems to be the only one worth his (sea)salt.

probably late post fracture… there’s no evidence pointing this but why would he even be pre fracture i nthe first place, like what does that bring to the table
