I’m not going as far as to say that stuff like the game UI is canon and there’s actually a crystal orb taking up your character’s peripheral vision, all I’m saying is that you can’t just say that the game’s canon does not even slightly account for the variability in choices that you can make in the game.
If Vetex says that Silas is canon, then he either is not talking about the canon of the game, or he does not know how canon works, because when you want something to be canon, you shouldn’t make the media picture something that is contrary to that canon, unless you need to for some reason.
Silas is not a canon character, because not only is he not in the game that we’re talking about, but he cannot be because there is a separate character filling the role that he would.
I know that Monarch might not be the final epithet but I still really like the one PinkButterflyGaming came up with, Stormbringer. I’m sure there’s reasons why Vetex & Tech chose Monarch as the (tentative) epithet but as was said in the original post:
Not to mention the epithet fits thematically with Silas almost certainly being a legacy of Zeus, the god of the sky and thunder
And as an added bonus, the Stormbringer epithet serves as a nice foil to the Peacekeeper epithet (and vice versa) and thus also fits in nicely with that old riddle image that iirc was supposed to be of the AA MC & AO MC
