hence why he doesnt have wings
Or maybe they’re an eastern dragon, they are the ruler of the Ryujin dynasty after all(I think)

This is true, but I think Nyx being more directly descended from chaos could potentially be connected to any kind of negative embodiment of chaos like the entity. Chaos in it of itself is more of a force of nature so I wouldn’t expect it to act of its own volition. And yeah, I know this connection is largely just speculation, but it’s fun to think about this kind of stuff.
The primordials were created by both creation and chaos, that’s why they and their descendants (titans and the olympians) Can use spirit and magic energy
