M1'ing on broken surfaces drains energy

What were you doing before bug occurred: Fighting Carina, realized that my energy was being used at an alarming rate and I couldn’t m1 anymore

Steps to reproduce: Swinging weapons on a relatively broken/caved-in surface

im assuming the game thinks you’re in midair so it drains energy? no clue
