so i read somewhere on this forum that macroing is allowed for fishing.how do we use macro if the timing is random?cause i thought macro is automating a sequence of keys or smth.
if anyone could explain it would be much appreciated
The macro that people use is based on what’s happening on-screen, so if it sees something specific, it will perform a sequence of keys, like you said.
It is its just that macros can have triggers so pretty much remember how you get that red ! yeah pretty much if you make your macro pixel scan or something idk its something like that the macro will start auto clicking in which once you get that notification for treasure/fish/trash caught then the macro will click once then repeat. Its simple though theres bugs that can happen you can probably dm a person willing to share their macro THOUGH be careful of viruses on the macro
Which is why only decently smart people figure out how to use automated gameply
if u wanna know how to stop macrofishing
its:
- go near them
- start fishing
- if they pull while its ur exclamation mark, they probably are using macros

nah it checks all exclamation marks, macro triggers when it detects a single piece of exclamation mark in the screen
That really depends on how your specific macro works. I doubt many of them actually go through the whole screen to find a shape that they recognize is an exclamation mark and is red but whatever, you do it your way I guess.

Actually they do go through the entire screen looking for the color of the exclamation mark (The specific tint of red and obviously stuff that’s close enough. But like NoBanana said, you can’t see other’s exclamation marks

Actually it’s much easier to search an entire screen for 1 color than it is to search a specific area on that screen for a shape. Making a macro that can detect the shape is overkill.
Of course searching for a shape is overkill, that’s what I said. I just think it’s also too much to look at the whole screen for red pixels if the exclamation mark can only spawn in the space above your head.
Also it could catch a random red thing that’s in the corner and then it screws itself over.

Well I sometimes only use sound to know when to start pulling and if somebody fishes next to me then that can throw me off so its not really reliable. Instead try attacking them and seeing if youre getting a reaction
easiest way, imo, is watching them fish. Most autofishers will unequip and requip their rod after getting a catch.

Ya that’s why macros usually go into picture mode when trying to detect red. But it’s actually harder to put the restrictions on it where it has to look specifically above your head. Botting doesn’t work like human eyes. If I got something with the same shade of red or extremely close, I could break someone’s macro while they’re macro fishing.
I made mine work perfectly with only mouse input, but however someone made it work is fine by me.
