iirc wave drains the person’s energy bar and makes them unable to charge magic for awhile or smth. if the whole reducing lvl slightly is true then it’s wack to me and sort of makes sense but not at the same time.
with electrolysis and few various gas sources to provide a sutiable atmopshere/environment that mimics earth it sure will and does.
now in the magic sense and just pure oxygen alone then u’d die from oxygen poisoning. disregarding the fact it’ll probably disapear if ur not a curse user overtime and ur body lacks oxygen all of a sudden ironically.
