Making a plasma conjurer so I can pretend to be darth vader, but this is the first time I’ve made a conjurer so how should I split the stats between weapons and magic?
Not sure, but I can say that when the second awakening comes out, your second magic should be wind with KB jewels.

do either 120 magic + 130 weapons or 100 magic + 150 weapons

If you don’t really care about using your magic and only want to use your weapons, go 150 weapons 100 magic
if you want to use both about equally, go 120 magic 130 weapons, so you have access to double beam and snare
since you’re making darth vader and his plasma really only amounts to using his lightsaber, 150 weapons 100 magic would probably fit best
