Took a while, but I found it!
(This isnt based on any actual map of continental plates, I mostly just went off of average biome heights)
I might adjust this heightmap some other time myself though tbh
rate my map 
rn it’s not fully finished, i seek to add rivers, lakes inland seas etc but I thnk this turned out pretty well
