A new stat/enchantment, we can put on armor, or given to in the form of an accessory; somewhat of an amulet. That recharges our stat overtime.
For instance, say the stat level for ‘Mana Recharge’ is 2. Every 4 seconds, your mana/energy will go up by 2.
And when forging your item with this enchantment, through levels it can go down in its recharge rate. So for a “Poor Recharge Amulet” It would be 4. For a dull “3.5”. And so on!
Are you saying that you’d rather it be in the form of a spell rather than an enchantment. If so guaranteed they’d make it take up a slot then. Obviously in combat, you wouldn’t recharge your energy. The ‘Mana Recharge’ could go down by 75%
I was thinking it would take up a spell slot(since that’s what lost spell passives do) and out of combat it would regen magic energy by a decent amount and then in combat it would be slower but still noticeable.
