The Marauder's Cloak is an uncommon chestpiece randomly obtained from chests. Similarly to most equipment obtainable from chests, the Marauder's Cloak can be modified when acquired from dug-up chests.
At its maximum level (140 at the moment), the Marauder's Cloak provides +51 Attack Size and +31 Attack Speed.
Also, StockSounds loves it for some reason.
