What were you doing before bug occurred: i can only assume why they are doing this is cause i had notoriety before in a different server but i cleared it, and in this new server they still do it

no i dont have a bounty, i take no dmgfrom them, and do no dmg to them, they will also follow me wherever i go

looks like im not alone in this issue, damn fr what did i do. and btw they’ve done this like two times which is a weird bug.

not at all, they just randomly pull up out of no where and start attacking me for no reason
then my 2nd theory is that the grand navy npcs just indiscriminately just try to attack whatever they see. In the picture i posted, they jumped off a boat and starting chasing me on land. idk ill try replicate it tommorrow
