I had 78 coppershrooms listed for 250 galleons and when I went back to remove them, I found out that they were gone.
Make sure you have the All Items tab selected in your inventory, the section with your listed items obeys that, so if you had Weapons selected for example it’ll only show weapons.
This is a common bug do what Walyn recommended and it should be fixed
