Marketplace: Why "My Items" Go Missing

I kept having problems where some items in My Items in the marketplace would inexplicably not show up - a purely visual thing, but annoying since I couldn’t see them. I figured it out, it’s based on the category you have selected in Market Sell/your inventory.

Here, I selected the Tools Category, and it’ll only show the Perfect Waterbreathing Flasks I have for sale:

But when I switch to All items in Market Sell:

All the items show up!

The category selection is shared between the inventory and the Market Sell menu, so that’s another way this problem can happen.

thanks, this is actually useful information. I hate it when everything disappears and each time it happened i kept rejoining to fix it. I should’ve tried what you did lol.

Unfortunately, that’s not the name of the clan I am in. Plus, it’d be a guild. It was a reference to the show Rome and a way to shill my attempt to salvage my failed attempt to corner the Auric Seaweed market let people know about the benefits of having Perfect Waterbreathing Flasks.

It’s most likely due to the fact that the marketplace is real time for a roblox game. It most likely takes a while for it to register it and it bugs quite a bit. I wish I could’ve worded this better but it’s this kind of split second connection time that AO bugs out a bit and then most likely causes your items to not properly register. Then again correct me if I’m wrong.

No, it’s the item filters. Any time I don’t see items, I switch to All Items and everything shows up.

Are you getting a RateLimited error?

That’s an entirely different issue, this is about when there’s no errors and items don’t show up.
