A immigrant that originally lived on a Small island in the middle of the Seas. Originally an Alalean that grew up poor.
They discovered a long lengthy Ribbon that had washed up upon the shore of their home, and over time sought to try and use it as a Weapon. After discovering their wind magic, they then sought to explore the Seas and continent in order to find riches for their Island and a Cure for an illness someone they cared for had.
