Couldn’t find a green/red belt, anything that looks like those ear piercings, a shoulder cloth thing, or a green kimono-style thingy he wears. Sadly there isnt a 3-sword weapon in the game.

You could always try using Cerynx’s faulds to mimic his green belt
There’s a durag accessory if you everwanna put that on him and also a samurai robe but I’ve never tried it so not sure how it looks

havent seen samurai robes yet, might go do treasure charts for them
dosent look like a belt at all tbh, if i wont find at least a random belt to make sure green/red ones exist, i will try to get it

going to secrets across multiple islands, sinking pirates also gives a good amount of treasure chests
