Not good enough, she still looks like a briner (aka sea dweller/sea monkey/brine ape/salt person). By skyhall law, natural born superior sky people pay 40% less than she does for everything except salt. This is under Begrudging Coexistence deal where sea dwellers are allowed to visit the great Skyhall “island”.
