Literally everyone has done this at this point, but if you dig up Tucker’s grave in the start of the game Morden should react to it, maybe have some extra dialogue in a speech bubble above his head.

As for if this has a slight affect on later dialogue or heck even the journal, don’t think it should even though it would be interesting.

( I don’t want to affect gameplay or story with my suggestion, just… ground it more to reality, make it more immersive. )

tfw you barely escape with your life and lose a friend, just for your other friend whom just woke up to immediately dig up his grave.

(Not to mention the fact that some people on the forums want to use his bones as a collectible, an ingredient for insanity, grind them up into spice, man let the man rest in peace. )

Personally i think this is just unnecessary.

I mean you’re digging up Tucker’s grave right in front of Morden.

And it’d be a neat extra detail for people who have absolutely no regard for the dead the second they start the game

( also i literally pointed out this wasnt intended to directly affect story or gameplay )

Yeah i know, but you need to also consider that the more time vetex spends making small things like this, the less time he spends making updates. Small details usuallly help the world feel more alive, but something like this in a place that most people rush through in less then 5 minutes feels unnecessary.

“stop adding small details to make the world feel more alive!! it takes away development time!!”
dumbass

Did you even read what I said? I said that small details are good, however the starting zone is an area that nobody stays in for more then 5-10 minutes, plus the game severely needs more content and higher priority features before focusing on the small details.

As you dig up Tucker’s grave, Morden looks behind to see what the hell you are doing. As soon as he processes whatever crime you are doing, a look of horror and shock passes through his face. He looks at you like a wild animal, a untamed beast with no respect for the dead.

“What the HELL man?!?! What are you doing to Tucker!?!” Morden exclaims as you keep on digging up the dead man’s grave with your magic, dirt piling around you.

You keep on digging up the grave, you have this uncontrollable urge.

“Oh my god… We’ve gone through all of this and- WHAT THE FUCK DID THEY DO TO YOU!!!” Morden is at a lost for words, he cannot believe you would disrespect his and your dead friend like this.

Morden watches as you collect Tucker’s bones and stuff them into your pocket. “Oh my god… Jus- Just go to Redwake… Forget about this…” Morden says as he gets ready to leave you, a beast and menace to everyone.

you don’t serve any purpose

i can’t see any way morden could react to you digging up tucker’s grave that wouldn’t immediately end/derail the entire storyline
funny idea though

collecting tucker’s bones was not part of the suggestion

it was just criticizing the users of the forums

you serve no purpose in society

that’s marginally better than not serving any purpose whatsoever

your life is nothing, you serve zero purpose, you should-

literally my desktop wallpaper :sob:

yes but, perhaps it can wait
