so about the minotaur boss,vetex said in the trello that theres a 1 in 20(could be changed and most likely will be changed but not too drastically)chance to get the boss’s weapons and armor.do you guys think that the minotaur drops will be better than the sunken set?i think if it is better than the sunken set,people will stop pardon my language bitching about the sunken set.what do you all think?
I don’t know about the armours, it might be just a sidegrade just like the sunken set. What I mean by sidegrade is it gives stats that are not just power and defence.
As for the weapon, I hope the Exiled will drop a weapon with the same ability, just different looks for easier balancing.
It will probably have a pretty good ability so the dream weapon setup becomes Minotaur/Exiled weapon + SSword + Shield.

im guessing the boss drops will be a lil on par with sunken since sunken is something thats optional hence it has a extremely high rarity. im pretty sure items after the 3rd-5th boss will be more stronger than sunken
i have a feeling people will care much more about the weapon drops more so than the armor, we’ll have to see, but seeing how many people thirst over the sunken sword more than the armor pieces i won’t be surprised if it’s the same case here
Now here’s a question:
Will we be able to farm both bosses?
People going down the hero story can switch their reputation, which could mean that they could possibly attack the positive rep boss.

I didn’t know they were going to drop their items so that sounds great. I don’t know how often they spawn so if they don’t spawn often that will make it hard to get like the sunken items. The minotaur axe sounds better to me than the sunken sword and I want to know what the other boss will be like too.
It better goddamn be worse than the sunken set, because who would go for a 0.5% over a 5% chance drop.
(Maybe sunken will have higher level cap)
If his weapon isn’t longer than 3 or doesn’t have a cool ability like silver slash, that is cool to me then no thanks.

well you have to remember that he’ll prolly be a wandering boss, so the only time you’re garunteed to fight him is in the story. his chances of spawing will prolly be dependent on the amount of players
yes you could however it wouldnt be a good idea since he is also adding criminal record in the update, so it’ll be hard to just switch rep if you go good to bad to good. but if you’re already bad rep it might be easier, because there isnt a rep shield

My post applies to the exiled, any weapon remotely related to a broadsword is mine.
I mean the sunken armor was a reskin. I care a lot about the new armor if it looks good (vanity reasons).
Also, since someone discussed being able to farm both bosses, I’m sure that those items will be able to trade between–once the whole situation gets sorted out.

Well on the trello it says that the Minotaur has an axe and it doesn’t drop yet so theres a chance that we can all be carrying around sick ass axes everywhere.
The weapon drop chance will probably be rarer than the armor tho.
