Yeah, it would. One of the only other legacies we know of, other than Allanon and MAYBE Morden(?) Not surprising, though, the gods weren’t exactly strangers to having a ridiculous amount of children. I do wonder what makes us ‘the strongest will of all legacies’, though.

The grand navy thought they killed mizeria, maybe there’s some seeker of sight shenanigans happening and she is undead? Would fit with the unnamed red fire in the ritual chambers

Her Magic isn’t confirmed; all that’s known is that its energy leaves burn marks, so it’s most likely heat-based. Her murder method is strangulation though, so odds are she’ll drop a new weapon type.
I thought she was a warlock of some sort, makes more sense to me she strangels people with her hands

given that her m.o is “magic burn marks” and strangulation, it might be a wire, using her hands or a fighting style with her magic MAY be more brutal than precise

Where was this confirmation from, I thought we knew nothing about Mizeria other than that she was a serial killer and that her big thing was her victims having magic lacerations on their bodies
For all we know she could just be a basic fire user who’s only ever taken down fodder
