with his speed, moochezz might be the one to finally meet vetexes roadmaps
its nice that vetex finally has someone to help him with deving
I think considering how long vetex has been building skyhall he may have actually had more patch notes than the big man himself
this change balances out and keeps abt the same range except on tempered
we can kind of counteract it with bursting/dense
