Why doesn’t the forum allow me to post mp4 videos

Either:
A. Is this something thats fixable by a forum admin, or is this just not compatible with how the forum is made
B. Is there a quick workaround where I can convert my mp4 into something compatible

regardless you should still upload them to other services because you will experience buffering most likely and it does take up space on the forum.
