I was just doing a couple charts trying to get Bronze Sea Exploration back up to 100% and suddenly I found a Lost Treasure. I honestly had forgotten they were added 
Only a little later did I register the fact that I found it pre-enchanted with Hard. What are the chances of that??? Can someone calculate?

Probably very rare. I don’t know how percentage chances work or the exact chances of finding an item with an enchantment already applied, but the base Lost Treasure rates are 1/100, so it’s already hard to get.
One time I fished up Sunken Iron Boots with the Strong enchantment pre-applied. That was when I peaked in AO.

I got a second Lost Treasure and it was pre-enchanted AGAIN. This time it was Lost Envoy Robes with Strong.
Come to think of it, both times this happened it was when I was in a party with @ImaLettuce. Can’t believe the power of friendship is better than Luck V potions 
I’m pretty sure you have a 1/8 chance of finding an item enchanted and I’ll also assume that the chart you were doing was a common one so it was a 1/100 chance of getting a lost treasure
So it was a 1/800 roll or 0.125%
