My forearm hurts like {rule 22}

So I started going to the gym instead of doing at home cardiovascular exercise I know crazy that somebody with 1.7K HOURS works out regularly anyway I did arm day yesterday doing exercises not knowing how much my upper arm muscles would hurt so much afterwards.
There is this one part of my arm that is extremely tense and hurts like shit.

I curled 35s for the first time yesterday and now my arms are sore asf (I suppose it worked)

If its for the first time then obviously it worked lol

You see this is why I recommend taking up a sport rather than just going to the gym

You want sore forearms and hands? Try rock climbing for an hour. You will be in agony the day after. (Incredible workout, though)

it could be due to joint weakness, i recc getting in extra stretches before working out and doing resistant band exercises

Please stretch before and after you work out. You will be feeling absolutely horrible the next few days if the workout’s extreme enough.

Also, try not to do anything that’s too much for you to handle. You’ll strain yourself that way.

ye thats bc ur new to muscle building id suggest u start tracking what ur eating so u can get enough protien for muscle recovery

if you mean like inner elbow, it happens sometimes, just fix your form and don’t go super fast with the reps
