When a Berserker reaches the potential at which a Mage could gain an Ancient Magic, they can partake in a similar process where they upgrade any Fighting Style of their choice up to a tier where it can contest with the rest of the maxxed builds.
Each build would gain a general stat buff, alongside the following benefits;
Basic Combat → “Master’s Combat”
Forms two additional arms made of aura when equipped, allowing for each facet of basic combat to be done, but more.
Boxing → “Champion’s Defense”
Boxing gloves now have metal covers, increasing user’s defense and damage.
Aura is now unique red instead of borrowing from wind.
Cannon Fist → “Battleship Fist”
m1 is now lightning-quick. Light Cannonballs are replaced with the option to create equally strong cannonballs from sheer willpower and aura.
Now includes visuals of afterimage, to make you look faster and stronger than you really are.
Iron Leg → “Steelskin”
Now inflicts Severe Bleeding. Retains slowness.
Creates a full aura of steel around the user, now can use arms in animation.
Sailor Style → “Boiling Style”
Accelerates the amount of Magic Energy present in the Sea Water, causing a reaction similar to a Curse User entering the water.
Inflicts new status: “Cursed Burn” which would also be inflicted onto a Curse User if they touched water. Identical to Scorched, but without conflicting with Soaked.
Able to drink bottles and consume water 3x faster.
Thermo Fist → “Seething Fist”
Heat meter is now filled much quicker and grants much greater stats.
In addition to inflicting Seared, it now also inflicts Scalded, due to creating an aura of steam from the heat.
Lightly inspired by what little I know of One Piece.
Karate → idrk
Knocking Fist → “Paralysis Fist”
Now guaranteed to inflict Paralyzed.
Radius Fist → “Shockwave Fist”
Boasts the highest size of any Fighting Style, contending with Scorch Magic.
Has less of whatever drawback it’d have, Probably Magic Energy loss.
Impact Fist → “Absorption Fist”
Meter now fills twice as fast.
Vamprisim → “Impaler’s Style”
Removes drawbacks. Inflicts either Bleeding or Severe Bleeding depending on whether or not it does this by default.
This is all hypothetical. Chances are, like, one of these maybe is the actual upgrade mechanic for a style.
Here’s a picture of Impact Fist in Arcane Reborn because I need a thumbnail.
