So about two weeks ago I was bored and remembered watching a hollow knight video by game theory and I was like fuck it might as well buy it since it’s only $15 and I’ve heard great things about the game and it takes around 40 hours or more to complete.
Love the fact that hollow nest was once a huge thriving kingdom with unique areas ,bugs and cool npc’s to talk too.
The first time I realized how hard the game was when I decided to get the mothwing cloak and goddamn Hornet kicked my ass so many times before I beat her. After that the game got pretty easy for me when it came to beating bosses besides the soul master.
Honestly out of all the area’s I’ve exploded so far in the game I hated greenpath and fungal wastes the most, mainly because my dumbass kept falling in the acid which isn’t a problem anymore since I got isma’s tear which isn’t a problem anymore.
Although my favorite area in game as of currently is probably the city of tears due to the rain ig.
Love the little hints at the lore you get buy talking to npc’s and reading those blocks with text on it which I’m assuming the knight is different from other bugs because he as the power of focus.
Anyways I’ve been enjoying this game and already have around 16 hours on it.
